Three years ago, distiller Will Eather found a puppy. They got on so well that Will decided to find a dog-friendly lifestyle. He dropped out of a post-grad, cut back his day job and started following his dream of opening a distillery. The goal was, and still is, to celebrate this region with original, unpretentious, craft spirits. And to hang out with Alfie while he does it.
